Sea Canyon, San Clemente.  Developed second phase of 24-home SFD project for The Isaacs Group. 
Mercado del Barrio, San Diego.  Leasing and DDA negotiation for planned retail center for Hopkins Development Company.

PUBLIC PROJECTS:

Contra Costa Water DistrictSelected in RFP competition to advise District on disposition of surplus property.  Report recommended specific use to be pursued and process to achieve that goal.

City of Oakland RDA and Office of Economic Development.  Advised City and Successor Agency on retail tenant attraction in Airport area and Fruitvale District, property disposition and development, and Coliseum Area property management.

City of Rohnert Park.  Selected for a retail business attraction RFP to provide data for new City marketing brochure and website section, organize events and strategies for retailer attraction. 

 
Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel.  Developed second phase of 28-home SFD project for The Isaacs Group. 

Lancaster Costco, Lancaster.  New store location and land purchase for Costco Wholesale Corp.
